We are in the heart of Wensleydale on the river Ure. Best known for its waterfalls, the river Ure tumbles over a series of cataracts, a scene of captivating natural beauty. Unlike many places of interest there is no good or bad time to visit.


Stroll down to the Upper falls, you will find Yore Mill a superb Grade II listed building, home to Yore Mill Craft Shop. The path up to the door is lined with beautiful terracotta pots, step inside to see a staggering show of quality local crafts, pictures and collectables.
